Temporary Practice Closure - Torquay

Our Torquay practice will temporarily close on Monday 26th August and reopen on Monday 2nd September 2024.

During our closure, the team at Kingsteignton Vets in Kingsteignton would love to welcome you and your pet(s). You can expect the same level of expertise and support. They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care.

Here at Powderham Veterinary Group we try to accommodate those looking for placements and work experience. If you would like to enquire about either a placement or work experience opportunities then please send a cover letter and your CV to office@powderhamvetgroup.co.uk. We will try and get back to you as soon as possible.

We do offer house visits but it is preferable and more beneficial to your pet to bring them to the surgery where more equipment and medication is available for diagnosis and treatment.

Emergency Service

Since the16th March our Out of Hours provision has moved to a dedicated out of hours provider, EVES, based at St Davids vets in Exeter. There is also an option to be seen at MiNight vets, based in Totnes; if this is more convenient. If your pet requires emergency out of hours treatment please phone either 01626 365119 or 01803 614700.
